The exhibition consists of a series of paintings (oil on canvas) in which Griffin removes paint as opposed to applying it, forcing him to work quickly before the paint dries. The remaining image is ghostly, the figures never fully exposed.
Depicted here is the daily custom of Chassidic Jewish men of immersing themselves in a Mikveh (ritual bath) before morning prayers.
